In this world, somethings are inevitable. If you really desire to be a stakeholder in life, you must be ready to solve problems. The more problems you solve, the more valuable you become. The number of people’s problem you solve is what determine how relevant you are.

Problems are not meant to kill you. They come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes; they are like the examination needed for a promotion. Regardless of who you are or what you do, you will meet challenges at some junctions. How you deal with such challenges will often be a determining factor in how successful you will be. The truth about any problem is;
a. It is not new.
b. God is available and HE is faithful
c. You can overcome it.
d. The problem is not to break you, every problem can be solved..

There are many ways to solve problems and it will depend on your situation, experience, knowledge, attitude and belief. But when next you have a challenge;

1. Be Your First Consultant: Before you call any mortal body for help,
a. Define the problem: Be sure the problem is a problem not that you christen it problem.
b. Develop a plan: Don’t just celebrate the arrival of any problem. Don’t let the analysis of any problem paralyze your ability to solve it. Think of how it can be solved?
c. Implement the plan: Get to work with your plans, don’t procrastinate. Solve problems as you notice them.
d. Evaluate the result: The lesson from the present problem can avert future problems.
Do your best to distinguish between information that is relevant to the issue and the irrelevant data that can lead to faulty solutions.

2. Save Time: Trial and Error method might take more time than necessary. The problem at hand is sure not the first you are encountering in life. At a point in your life you had an unwanted issue that you thought would bring you down, it was so bad that you don’t like remembering it. Did you conquer it or it conquered you? Whatever the case, you are here anyway. To get out of this present mess fast, you need the message from previous mess.

The last time you had a major crisis, problem or challenge, how did you get out of it? What did you do legally and godly to get out of the mess? Try to recollect the instruments that brought you out;
a. The People,
b. The Principle,
c. The Process.
At times the problem at hand is a prerequisite to another one.

3. Be close to God: Move closer to God even when things seem to be falling apart. Accurate knowledge of God and HIS ways will give you cushion space in times of trouble. Don’t neglect HIM because there is an issue. God is a loving Father, HE wants the best for you. The Comforter, the Holy Spirit, is an expert in solving problems and Jesus always know what to do, so give him a call, HE is always available. Don’t be ashamed to pray. If you have prayed, pray again. Your prayers have the ability to change you and your situation. Don’t just rely on gut instinct to solve your problem.
