You are a constant in the equation of life that involves you.
That you are a MAN does not mean you should die before your time. Remember, “na man you be, you no be God”.
Your family needs you more alive than in death. Do everything godly to remain alive and relevant.
Know your duties and responsibilities everywhere you belong and fit them into your equation without losing yourself. You cannot meet every need, you cannot solve all problems, you cannot honour every invitation, you cannot provide for everybody, and you cannot always say yes. You are not the El-Shaddi.
You need rest. Learn to take a break so that you will not break down. Intentionally add rest to your to-do list so you will not be laid to rest before your time.
Genuinely learned how to stay alive, healthier, spiritual, and relevant.
Learn the differences between needs and wants, know the hierarchy of needs, and understand your body. A healthier body is an asset.
You need God. You will always need God. You need to know God beyond what somebody told you about HIM. Talk and listen to HIM regularly.
