Eureka! I have found how to make money first, fast and forever. If you are in pursuit of money for money’s sake-and that is your main focus no matter how hard you try- you may not get it. Money is simply a currency for trading value or benefits. The sooner you take your focus off the money and bring a valuable product, service, result, or benefit to the market, the sooner you will start earning money. We make decision daily and we pretend as if we don’t know it has to do with our value in life, there is no small value as far as it has to do with us or any human being, today’s decision dictate your value tomorrow. As a business growth strategist, I know the value of marketing, marketing is the soul of product or service, it can make you buy what you do not want to buy but value makes you buy it again and turn it to your favorites. Branding is good as it convince you of what you want to buy but only value turn your product to people’s choice. Advertisement becomes easier when you offer value, what you need to enjoy your stay in life is to be a man of value, decide to offer service more valuable than the money paid, produce valuable products and you will control the market. The way to make more money is to be sure your product is value embedded. So, as a students that want to venture into job seeking market, you are your number one product, before you present yourself to the market, invest all you have into adding value to yourself. What you learnt in school is common, what makes you generally acceptable in the market is the amount of value you add to you certificate. It is not news, that the market you are venturing into is competitive irrespective of your course of study. I am not saying accumulate certificates but accumulate value. Your certificate will only invite you to interview; your value is what gives you the job. In other not to join the numerous unemployed graduates, you need to have what they don’t have.
 
DYNAMICS OF VALUE:
 
VISION: Is the individual function not what you desire but discover, not ambition and not passion. If you can see it you will win it. Vision is what the artist has, that helps him to draw what we can’t draw. He sees it in the invisible and either by training or talent brings it to the visible world and we define it as creativity. We all need a clear picture of who we are, so as to know what direction of value we should add to our life. When you know where you are going you will get there faster. Knowing more about yourself will make you valuable. It is better to marry a person with vision even if he/she did not have a television now that to marry a man with television without a vision. The man with vision will soon be in television and buy television sets but the man with television will soon sell his television to follow the man with television. Vision is personal, so, what is your vision? Have a vision statement and let it serve as your compass on the journey of life.
 
 
ACQUIRE: After have a clear vision of yourself, remember there is a gap between calling and commissioning, before you set out, seat down and eat for the journey is long. Acquire the required so as not to be expired before you retire. Acquire more skills around your vision and knowledge about your vision. Don’t miss education with schooling; education is not necessarily gotten in school. Observe people ahead, get a coach, attend seminar, and go for conferences, read books, buy CDs and so on. Build yourself to the worth you want. Equip your mindset, it is not your handset that determine your value but your mindset.
 
 
LOVE: Don’t misplace your priority, although you need money to promote and establish your vision but don’t love money to use people, love people and use money and that is the way to make more money with impact. Vision without love will lead to confusion and end in frustration. Love is part of the value require in the market you are lunching into. Love what you are doing, love your boss, love yourself, love your God and love your environment. Love will compensate you with value. Remember, ability to cope with weakness is love.
 
 
UNIQUENESS: The market prefer originality to alternative, the alternative is often cheaper and never make it’s name. Until you find your own niche and build value around it, the market will spew you. God is perfect; HE created us differently with what we need all through our sojourn in life. Your uniqueness is your niche and the ATM to finance your vision. Detest being number 2, it is the first that takes all. The market needs your uniqueness and that is what they want to pay for, so find yours. Discover yourself and people will discover you, until you locate yourself nobody will locate you.
 
 
ENTERPRISING: The market will be boring without your innovation; your creativity is the reality of your supremacy. Be inventive; be known for creative ideas and the market will queue to bid for you.
 
 
Money is simply a by-product of delivery value to people. You cannot actually make money in business, you can only add value. It is the value that people want, and they will pay you for the privilege. So, if you want to be rich, don’t try to make money-just add value to people’s lives.
 
If you eat these, you will produce value that will make you valuable and acceptable. With all these components in place, you cannot be unemployed.
