Every right step is a journey to success, don’t be discouraged by the rough path. Keep moving, don’t be limited by your estimated limitation, you are not created to be cowed in despondency and defeat, you are a winner. No matter how insurmountable that challenge may appear, they are meant to be prayerfully confronted and strategically surmounted. Arise, the 2nd half is another opportunity to get it right and keep getting better.
Whatsoever your result is now, you can do better, don’t start protecting little victory, go for more success. And if it seems as if success is far, move close to it every day by not giving up. Things will get better, don’t waste the moment, invest your today to influence your tomorrow positively.
1. Meet needs: The situation might want to force you to be selfish and self-centered, choose to be useful. Have the mind of solving people’s problems. You are the hope of the world, the world needs you to meet their needs. The world is full of people who need things; they need reliable friends, they need durable electronics, they need delicious food to eat, they need reasonable entertainment, they need faithful spouses, they need a trusted service provider, they need skillful employees, they need you.
The moment you came into the world, you became part of a system designed purely to meet people’s needs. Do for people what they can’t get elsewhere and you will be respected and rewarded.
2. Where is yours? Stop looking for who to copy to be known, it is what you know that will make you known, not what you copy or steal. Develop your original self, carve your own unique path. Be the leader of your own destiny.
Discover your original self, develop it, be passionate about it, and be focused like a laser beam. Deliver value. Enough of wasting time trying to be another person, people want to feel you.
3. Do it at the right time: If you are sluggish you will miss your slot, there are times you need to act fast with what you have from where you are. Don’t wait till things get better before you start fulfilling your purpose, now is the time. Joseph had to meet the needs in the prison to move to the palace. The road to the promised land is the wilderness. Move on!
