I really want to thank you for spreading the good news of the beautiful book, MATTERS THAT MATTER…the inspiration for global relevance. Together, we are empowering people all over the world. As at 29th May, 2014 statistics shows that 8,860 people had downloaded the book from more than 25 countries. That can only be God.

And the feedback is a proof that people are really reading the book worldwide. In case you’ve not gotten yours, it is still available at http://www.consultdsk.com/MTM.pdf It is a book for EVERYBODY, structured to fit into your schedule without distorting it, you can’t be bored reading the book, you can start from any chapter and still be impacted, empowered and inspired for global relevance.

Do you have an idea on how to make the world better than it is now? Don’t say no, the world is on the move, and it will be too expensive to stay behind.

Most organizations have realised that constant, ongoing innovation is the major thing needed to stay ahead of market competition, and you are their hope. You have to work actively on building and cultivating your ability to generate new ideas every time.

1. Fine tune YOUR antenna: ‘Seek and you will find’. We need to be on the lookout for new ideas that can drive innovation.

Train yourself to spot and appreciate ideas, that will push your mind to forge new connections, think differently and consider new perspectives.

The idea you see and acknowledge the source, register in your archive and helps you in generating yours, you can also develop another skill for combining existing ideas to produce a better idea.

2. Believe you can generate good ideas: Creativity is not an aptitude that some people have and others don’t. Free yourself from that mind trap and self-defeating belief, believe that ideas will come to you; positive reinforcement helps you perform better.

3. Generate ideas without ceasing: Being an idea generator is not a day’s job, it is a daily job. Generate ideas every time even when you feels you don’t need it, it is better to have what you don’t need than to need what you don’t have. Generate ideas for people, organisations, churches, SMEs, etc, you will not regret it.
