This year, things will work.

Yes, things will work for those that will work on things this year.

Taking responsibility is what makes people responsible. Knowing that you have dominion is not enough, you need to take dominion by taking responsibilities. For this year to be better than previous years you need to;

1. Pursue: Things will not sort themselves out this year. You will need to take conscious efforts to squeeze the sweet juice out of this year. Success is neither an award nor a coincidence. Success is a reward and consequence.

2. Plan: Waiting to get to the bridge before thinking about how to cross it is undermining efficiencies and a waste of time. What are the milestones you want to achieve this year? What’s your strategy for achieving them? How long will it take you to achieve each?

3. Pray: Always ask for God’s help first. Don’t wait until all else fails before you turn to God. Always seek the help of God first even before you ask any human for help.

God answers prayers. Commit each of your plans to His hand, don’t try to go through life on your own; it can be frustrating. God is a reliable manager. Don’t pity God, He’s not tired of answering your prayers, pray to HIM again and again.
