Does it sounds stupid? What’s more stupid is to live in the past and to have fear of the future. To act in the Here and Now is essential for a better future. In fact you have to come to the conclusion that everything in your life before was a necessary step on your path to success.
Let the past pass and see today as an important tool and opportunity for a better future. Now is the time to decide what to tolerate and what to terminate.
This is the day you make the decision to live your life to its fullest potential. To increase your personal effectiveness. To decide to give value to the world and your fellow man. To begin to lift up in spirit as you bring more value to everyone around you.

1. Make Right Decisions: We make decision every time, what is more important is making the right decision and doing things right. To decide not to decide is a decision.
It takes accurate decision to take a lead in life. Before you jump over, look carefully to see if the pasture on the other side is greener, for there may be plenty of thistles mixed with the grass.
To be better in decision making, you must always have the right knowledge and skills, it helps to be effective and successful in whatever you do.
2. Watch and Grow: The Chinese and the Japanese call this reverse engineering in the business world. They often take the products someone else created, break it apart, analyze its structure and then try to make a new product that is more efficient and less costly.
As human beings, you can grow by observing the man ahead of you and studying why he is ahead. If its right, then emulate, it will assist you to develop a better and more improved efficacy scheme. Don’t just earn, learn.
3. Do More Now: Render more service and better service than is expected of you. Every time you perform a task, try to out do your last performance, and very soon you will out do those around you and be on top of your game.
None of your efforts will be a waste, if you are an employee, help your employer cut costs and also increase productivity. It pays, if not in cash then in kind. Just make sure you are always ready to give more value.
At the end you will see it’s worth it.
