Thank God you are here!
‘Here’ is a prerequisite to ‘there’.
That you are here today worth celebration, it shows you are not stagnant. Things are really changing faster than you estimated, and you are also moving forward. I think you should acknowledge that fact. Honestly, you are progressing!
Looking back into your life you will discover that getting here is tough: it takes time, energy, and commitment. You’ve sacrificed a lot. I think you deserve applause. The whole world will soon recognise your effort and give you standing ovation. Just don’t be discouraged with how things are at the moment.
Things can be better if you stop beating yourself for what you could not achieve. Setup yourself for progress; get in the habit of acknowledging and rewarding yourself for every step in the right direction.
You are a victor, your present situation is another person’s expectation. You are not lazy, things will work out well. I know you are trying, maybe you should;
1. Talk more to God than to people about your problems: tell God to lead you to the path of greatness, and that your path and that of your destiny helper should cross. Ask God for direction. Make HIM your steering wheel not your spare tyre.
2. Ask for help: there are some height in life you cannot get to ontime without the assistance of somebody. Be sensitive to the answers to your prayers. It might be that you just need somebody’s advice or assurance that you are on the right track. Can you think of somebody who will be a true positive force in this transition: who can help you through the tough spots, move you from here to your desirable there. Ask the person for help.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness or ineptitude. It only shows how wise and strong you are.
3. Make more moves: commit to a specific, doable step and then do it. Stagnation is always in company of frustration, to stop moving is to start dying. What else can you do now for things to get better?
Doing just one thing can break through inertia. Often, after taking a step, it’s much easier to make a plan for what follows.
Your greatness is my fulfilment.
