Developing a Healthy Self-image

Healthy self-image and deep convictions about oneself and one’s dreams have significant positive relationship with how successful one become in life.


Healthy self-image deals with acknowledging the person you are today which is the key to becoming the person you want to be.

To develop healthy self-image, develop healthy belief in yourself, it will increase your confidence which will lead to

achieving greater triumphs.

Having a positive mindset about everything and think win-win all the time is a sure path to greatness. To have and enjoy good success in life you need to;

1.    Service your health: don’t be tempted to trade your fitness or well-being for extra income or promotion at work.

Never betray your health. Health is not something to joke with; a good health is an asset.

2.    Service your relationship: don’t wait until you need your family members and friends before you contact them. Every relationship needs servicing.

Value your spouse, children, friends, parents, clients, colleagues, church members, and other relationship you are committed to. It is only the relationship you service that will serve you when you need it. The relationships that you service have a way of strengthening your mind and physical health.

3.    Service your relationship with God: the rat race of life is not a genuine reason to puncture your relationship with God. The world is busy carrying many human away on a rollercoaster ride, distracting them from focusing on life’s essence and their creator.

You need to devote and maintain your relationship with God against all odds. It is only those that know their God that will do exploit and not be exploited.

God is closely involved in every aspect of a person’s life, don’t leave God behind if you don’t want to remain at the back in life. Rejuvenate strong relationship with your Creator.
